Discovery Channel Global Warming Signs Videos

This site has a handful of videos regarding signs that global warming is happening rapidly.  The videos were good, and it seemed interesting.  The videos range from signs of polar bears, to the Great Barrier Reef, The Amazon, melting glaciers, and one about carbon footprints.

Chicago makes green promises for Olympic bid

Since this is regional, I thought this story was relevent. I personally believe the city of Chicago will come through. ’Hizzoner’ Mayor Daley wants to host the games like an actor wants to win an Oscar after being nominated. I am glad to see that all three applicant cities are promoting their intent on making the games more green.
